Happens to me too. What I found is that you have to wait until that channel is highlighted in the slide out search pane. If you hit the OK button before the highlight happens it will exit the guide and go directly to the channel. If you wait a second or two, the guide will change to that channel. XRE-03121. The problem is your MoCA needs to be enabled. If you look a your modem box on the backside (right above where the coax cable is connected) there is a (small) light. If it is not on, the MoCA is not enabled. Cox has been systemically dis ablating the MoCA, for security reasons, on internet only subscribers. Try swapping out the HDMI cable and moving it to another HDMI port on your TV. Also make sure to NOT use an ARC labeled port on your tv with the Comcast box. 1.
